What is "http headers"?
HTTP headers are the core part of HTTP requests and responses, they carry information about the client browser, the requested page, the server and more.

When do I need to view HTTP request and response headers?
This information is useful for webmasters and other specialists when they want to check what information the server sends in HTTP headers. Sometimes, users of our software product, Website Link Checker, need to make sure that their Web Server properly replies to HEAD requests. Fast Link Checker uses HEAD requests to check such resource as images and other binary files without downloading their content. It causes unnecessary delays when the server is not configured for HEAD requests.
